Cognition joined forces with the Alliance of Leading Learning (ALL) to roll out a new National Professional Qualification aimed at Executive Headteachers and chief executives of Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs).
Each participant gained valuable leadership experience in a non-educational setting and received ongoing support from an external coach or mentor.
NPQEL programme participants represented at least eight MATs and more than 125 schools.
