Starting out working in the New Zealand school system, Cognition Education has developed into a global provider of leading consultancy services with a focus on improving education outcomes for all learners.

Our work has taken us on a journey around the globe, bringing inspiration to teachers, educators and senior leaders from all walks of life. We proudly work with governments, ministries, schools, and educators to help drive up student success and close the equity gap.

All our profits support the trust to improve the opportunities and lives of children and young people around New Zealand.

The trust is the owner and shareholder in Cognition Learning Group and its subsidiaries. The commercial dividends generated by Cognition Learning Group fund the Trust’s programme of educational philanthropy.
